Luxon Payment System
We connect the Luxon system for payments in the pool. It is suitable if you play in the Partypoker and GGPoker rooms. There is no support for Pokerstars and Winamax yet.
Luxon does not charge any commission for internal transfers, deposits or cashouts. There may be a commission for conversion on the side of the bank or other agent outside of luxon when using a currency other than the account currency.

You can sign up on the website or via mobile apps for iOS/Android.
Registration takes 5-10 minutes. You will need to confirm your phone number and provide your full name, mailing address and email address. We warn you that currently Luxon has problems with sending SMS messages to Russia, but the issue is quickly resolved manually, please contact the live chat in the lower right corner of the screen.
The next step is to verify your account.
Without it, transfers within Luxon, withdrawals of funds will not be available, and the limits of deposit/cashout/adding funds to the wallet are only up to €100. Also, for Russia and many other countries, adding funds to the wallet and withdrawing funds is only possible by bank transfer, and it is not available without full verification.
Verification is divided into two stages:
1. Proof of identity: to verify your Luxon account, you need to upload a photo or scan of the following documents:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence, birth certificates are not accepted)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, the document must clearly state your name and address and must be dated within the last six months).
Next, you will be asked to upload a selfie and wait for the verification to finish, which can take up to 24 hours.
If everything is successful, the limits are raised to €2000 and the option of internal transfers opens. However, currency exchange and bank transfer are still not available.
2. Confirmation of the address. For full verification of the account, you must provide a document confirming the address. Possible options:
- Utility bill, landline phone bill
- Bank account/card statement
- Letter from the tax service
- Mortgage agreement
- A rental agreement for a year or with a confirmation that you currently live there.
The address and name must be specified, and the document itself must not be older than 6 months.
The check is fast (my bank statement was checked in an hour), and raises the limits to €50,000. All options become available, including currency exchange (starting limit - €100 per month) and bank transfers.
IMPORTANT: To avoid access problems, using a vpn or proxy is not recommended.

It is strongly recommended to make the main currency of the account the same as in the room/bank. Adding and changing the main currency is done in a few clicks in the account settings:
All limits are specified in euros, for other currencies, the conversion is based on the exchange rate xe.com
The limits are divided into 3 groups according to the degree of account verification:
Unverified account - limit of €100. Most options are not available;
Confirmed identity - limits of €2000, currency exchange and bank transfer are not available;
- Full verification - limits of €50,000, all options are available.
The exception is the limit on currency exchange - €100 / month, in the future it is set individually on request.
Minimum amount to top up your wallet:
- €200 for bank transfer
- €5 for visa/mastercard
The minimum withdrawal amount is €5.
The methods of depositing/withdrawing funds differ depending on the country. You can see the full list on the website (it may not be relevant, you should check with the support team).
