We usually ask you to order HH from the 1st day of the month to the 1st day of the next month. However, there are some nuances, because months differ in the number of days.
Winamax does not allow ordering HH for a time period exceeding 31 days. When there are 30 days or less in a month, there is no problem — you can order, for example, from April 1 to May 1. When there are 31 days in a month, the scheme is as follows: you order hands from the 1st to the 31st, and then separately from the 31st to the current day. This is done to make sure we cover all your tournaments in case you had any games on the 31st after you requested HH.
As for Pokerstars — in this room you can order HH for any time period, even for a few months.
Surprise! You need to verify your results, even if there were no games in a certain month, confirming the fact that you did not play.

Before having a call with our manager to verify your Winamax HH you should open the history folder and delete all the files located there. The only file that does not have to be deleted is a Winamax positioning system file. You can easily find HH folder in Hypertracker, settings tab. Show the empty folder to the manager.
At the end of the call when the manager has downloaded your archive, we recommend you to delete the files in the history folder. If you don’t, Hypertracker will keep processing these old files and there may be a delay in tracking results of a current session.
Players must request hand histories from Pokerstars on the 1st day of every month.
If Pokerstars sends you HH as a link — you can upload them to Hypertracker yourself: Verification tab —> Pokerstars. This method is considered a full-fledged verification: everything is calculated locally on a player's computer, no need to send HH to us.
If Pokerstars attaches HH as an archive to your email — then you need verification with a manager, using the screen share mode. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our Skype and we’ll arrange a call.
When you verify your Winamax results, you need to turn off the trackers — PT4, Hand2Note or HM3, before having a call with a manager. If any of these trackers work, there is a high probability they would transfer files to other folders. In this case, you would have to do the verification again.
